Welcome to my site!

My name is Irene, and I am from Bergen, Norway.

I’m a self-learned digital painter. A couple of years ago, my youngest daughter was diagnosed with a severe variant of breast cancer. This life-changing event inspired me to express my emotions and experiences through digital art.

My artistic journey began with acrylics on canvas, a medium I still cherish and return to between my digital painting endeavors.

I started as a technical drawer in my younger years, working on ships and many house drawings. Later, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics.

For the last twenty years, I have worked within the Civil Engineering industry, doing projects building tunnels, roads, and bridges.

You’re probably wondering how things went with my daughter; well, she sadly passed at the age of 32 in September 2023.

This was the most challenging time in my life, and it still is.
